Our policy is to not provide refunds for our service. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans.

Monthly Subscription

If you are on a monthly subscription plan, you will be billed on the 1st of each month. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of the month. You will continue to have access to the application until the end of the month.

For example, if you cancel your subscription on the 14th of a month, you will still have access to the application until the last day of the month, and no refund will be issued for the remaining days.

Annual Subscription

If you are on an annual subscription plan, you will be billed on the 1st of each year. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining months of the year. You will continue to have access to the application until the end of the year.

Your access to the application will not be revoked until the end of your billing cycle.
